Order Policy

Lead Time for Gámos Rings

As all Gámos Rings are handmade to order, shipping times may vary based on materials and sizing. We are currently operating with 6-12 weeks for manufacturing and shipping. If you have a special circumstance and need your rings faster, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Lead Time for Próta Ring

You should receive your Próta Ring within 1 week after placing your order - subject to any unforeseen delays or limitations that are outside the control and responsibility of GAMOS, Inc., such as weather delays, shipping company delays and other natural occurrences that would frustrate the time for delivery. 

Ring Sizing

Due to the nature of its moving parts, The Vída Ring cannot be resized. We strongly recommend that you order our Try-On Ring Sizing Kit to find the perfect fit, as it is your responsibility to ensure that the ring ordered is the correct size. We guarantee to make the ring size that is ordered, but cannot be held responsible if the ring ordered doesn't fit. For more information about how your ring should fit or how to size your finger please see our Ring Sizing Guide.

Changes / Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations to your order may be made within 1 day of placing your order. Changes or cancellations must be made in writing and sent to gamosring@gmail.com

Damages and Issues

We take great pride in our craftsmanship to make sure that your ring functions as intended before shipping it to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your ring arrives damaged due to shipping, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns - Vída Rings

We only accept returns for un-customized and un-engraved Vída Rings made in Sculpted Steel. Please note that any Vída Ring made in gold is a custom order which cannot be returned. Each Vída Ring made in gold is made-to-order with exact customizations selected by you.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your ring to request a return. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your ring if you would like to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your Vída Ring in Sculpted Steel must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gamosring@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns - Syndéo Rings

We only accept returns for un-customized and un-engraved Syndéo Rings.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your ring to request a return. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your ring if you would like to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your Syndéo Ring must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

All packages are insured and are shipped with a signature requirement to complete delivery.

Try-On Ring Sizing Kit Policies

We request that you please ship the Try-On Ring Sizing Kit back to us using the label provided within 5 business days of receiving it.

Your refund will arrive within 3 business days of us receiving the kit after you have sent it back to us. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to not issue you a refund for the kit if we do not receive it within 15 business days of delivery to you.

Every ring and every metal used to craft your special ring is different.  GAMOS makes all of its products with the utmost care and quality; however, it cannot make any guarantees or assurances on the mechanics or functionality of its product(s).  If a ring does not screw in properly, GAMOS will not be held liable for any damages—emotional, physical, or otherwise—which are associated with an imperfect fit or an imperfect function of its product(s)—including but not limited to unscrewing, tarnishing or any and all other unintentional defects.  Anyone who purchases a GAMOS product(s), agrees and understands that products are received in a certain condition but are then subject to the practices, behaviors and alterations of the product(s) by the purchaser(s); therefore, any such above-noted production imperfections or unintentional defects are outside the control and operation of GAMOS, its associates and/or its affiliates.  By purchasing this product, GAMOS invites any and all requests for product accommodation or modification, but cannot assure or guarantee that any such accommodations or modifications can, or will, be performed at purchasers’ request(s).
